Ine Therese Berg (b.1976) har been working on a doctorate degree in the drama and theatre departement at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University. She holds an MA in theatre and performance studies and has also studied history of ideas and directing for the theatre. Work experience includes freelance writing, serving as performing arts critic, contributing to various publications and projects, among them Morgenbladet and Norsk Shakespeare og teatertidsskrift.. Untill june 2014 Berg worked as advisor to Dance Information Norway, where she was busy programming and managing kedja Writing Movement, a Nordic Baltic project aiming to strengthen the dance discourse in the region. Awarded Best critic for a text in Morgenbladet by The Norwegian Critics Assosciation in 2014. Berg currently serves on the board of Black Box Theatre as well as Assosciation for Nordic Theatre Scholars. Initiated the project Teatervitenskapelig dugnad, an academic action for theatre studies in Norway.
