It was prophecised that Chronos, God of time, would lose his power to one of his sons. In order to stop this prophecy from coming true Chronos took it to himself to devour his children as soon as they were delievered.
On December 21 the sun will be lining up with the center of our galaxy. This is a very rare cosmic event which happens only once every 26 000 years. At the same time another astronomical rarity occours; the earth completes a wobble around its axel. This phenomenon is called a precession. The exact date when this combination of galactic alignments come together is on the 21st of december 2012.
