Black Box teater begins phase two of construction in October 2026

From October 19 2026, the next phase of the theatre’s upgrade project will commence. Construction work is scheduled for completion in spring 2027. During this period, the venue will be closed, and activities will be relocated to external locations.

The implementation of phase two will result in some changes to the theatre’s programme throughout the winter season of 2026/2027.

External venues

Scheduled performances and events will take place at external venues and stages. The theatre aims to reopen for regular operations as soon as the construction work is completed.
