Aftertalk with Ziza Patrick, Jonas Øren and Maren Sæbø

After the performance Dandyism, we invite you to a conversation moderated by Jonas Øren, with artist Ziza Patrick and journalist Maren Sæbø from the podcast African Politics. Together, they will explore themes such as fashion, resistance, identity, and the African diaspora, as well as take a closer look at the project’s sources of inspiration and the historical frameworks that shape it.

● Jonas Øren is a dance artist, choreographer, and writer, working with dance in various contexts and in collaboration with different disciplines and projects – both as a performer and creator. He has participated in operas and operettas, television and film, commercial stage productions, and music videos. Øren has toured both nationally and internationally with his own productions. In 2024, he created a commissioned work for the National Museum, and in 2022 he choreographed the operetta The Csardas Princess for the Norwegian National Opera.
